Well, it's Sunday. One day closer to the release of Wilde's Fire. My hubby and I are spending some much needed alone time in the mountains of West Virginia today. So if I don't respond to your comments, please know that I love and appreciate all of you!
Enjoy!
~Swarms of butterflies take over the free space in my stomach. Being with Arland has been important to both of us; I cannot imagine losing that. I suddenly want more of him, but what if I never get more? What if all there is for us is a cruel war and then death or a forced marriage to someone who scares me? Thoughts I've never had before creep into my mind. "We are alone now," I say, almost too quiet for myself to hear.~
Who wants to guess where that's leading? I'll bet you can't. :-)

ReplyDeleteI probably can't guess where it's going but, I'm *hoping* it leads to a little reassurance for her! She's spiraling here. Very realistic thought pattern, Krystal. Hope you and the hubby enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI hope I know what it's leading up to, but after your last comment I'm afraid I might be wrong! You left us hanging again, so not cool Krystal! LOL :)
ReplyDeleteI can feel her fear.
ReplyDeleteLOL! And...you would be right! I have no clue what is coming directly next (although, with romance I know it will be an HEA ultimately =D) I'm so intrigued. I can't wait to see where you're going to lead us next. Great six!
